Need/Requirement:
The base has a need for maintenance and there may be this same need off base.
Descriptiont:
Maintenance – Work with community to combine buying power for specific maintenance tasks (scales, grease traps, oil/water separators, hoods and ducts, elevators, fire alarm monitoring)
Benefit:
The base supports all of these maintenance activities through contracts. The surrounding communities potentially have the same needs for maintenance.
