Need/Requirement:
The base has a need for lodging space
Descriptiont:
The base signs an agreement with the convention and commercial lodging entities in the region that allows groups of 10 or more on official government travel to utilize off-base lodging when there isn’t enough lodging available on base.
Benefit:
This streamlines group reservations as well as saves the base lodging personnel the time and energy to search for options off base. Hill AFB example.
