Need/Requirement:
The base has a need for a library facility.
Descriptiont:
Facilitates the most direct and efficient transfer of library resources, to the City of Abilene. Dyess AFB resources will be readily available for use by Dyess AFB family and residents of Abilene and Taylor County through the Abilene Public Library (APL).
Benefit:
Provides greater access to library/educational resources- $325K annual value.
