Build an exchange program for the community that allows junior members from on base a short exchange in a local company and vice versa. Example: At Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson the Junior Executive Exchange Program (JEEP) seeks to build community ties by creating an exchange program for Junior level managers and officers between the “host party” and the “participating parties”.
Benefit:
Users will gain a broader understanding on how the local community contributes to the base mission.
