Grand Forks AFB and the City of Grand Forks will share resources, training, and planning services for public works.
Benefit:
Provides additional capabilities for immediate base or community response for situations from major infrastructure emergencies caused by natural/man-made disasters to small emergencies requiring a specialized part or equipment.
