Wright-Patterson Junior Force Council (WPJFC) represents approximately 5,000 junior officers, enlisted, and civilians. The organization works to develop Air Force leaders through professional development, leadership, service, and networking opportunities. Additionally, WPJFC serves as an unique advisory board to senior leadership, providing the perspective of the junior workforce.
